1: Can I change my order?
Answer: We’re unable to make any changes to your order once you’ve hit the ‘place order’ button.
2: When will my order ship?
Answer: After your payment is verified, it takes up to 24 hours to process and ship your order” with “Most orders received before 2:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day will be shipped on the same business day. We ship from our location in South Carolina. Most orders are shipped via USPS First Class and are delivered to the continental United States within 1-5 business days. For back-ordered products, we will notify you, and you have the choice to receive a discount for waiting for your order or choose another item in stock. 3: I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?
Answer: If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
4: How do I know if my order has shipped? Can I track it?
Answer: Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can track your order at any time.
5: Do you ship globally?
Answer : Currently, we only ship to US, UK, Australia & Canada. Please email us at email@example.com and let us know that you’d like items shipped to a different country other than those listed. We will do our best to satisfy your request

7: What can I do if my order is going to the wrong address?
If your parcel has already been dispatched, we are unable to change your shipping address for you.
8: If I ordered a wood-grained item, why didn't I get a design I desired?
No two wood-grained items are alike. Each item has its own unique wood tones. Your item will be unique in this fashion.
